Rev. Hon. Ntim Fordjour DeP. Education Minister
The 2023 BECE applicant has received assurances from Rev. Hon. John Ntim Fordjour, the Assin South member of parliament and deputy minister for education, that the exam will undoubtedly take place on the scheduled date of August 7.
Speaking with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, host of Okay Fm's morning show, Hon. Ntim Fordjour stated that the ministry and WAEC have an ongoing connection in which the ministry pays later after service and there will always be arrears in terms of business.
He asserts that WAEC is made up of West African nations, with its headquarters located in Ghana, and that they will take no action to damage Ghana's reputation.
He added that the government has given WAEC Gh¢40 million and is prepared to assist if needed.
